Refund policy

Our goal is to make sure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we knnow that sometimes things happen.

You can return most unopened, unused products within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  • Email us at lhurley@fullmoonvalleyfarm.com to let us know that you will be returning your product within the 7-day time limit and we will respond with the return shipping address. 
  • Please provide us with the tracking number once the order is sent back to us. For items over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items.
  • Once we receive your unopened, unused item, we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at lhurley@fullmoonvalleyfarm.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
